Tackle Improvement Complete

The tackle improvement work has been completed. The tackle mechanics have been updated on the Play Tips section of our website. The biggest change from the previous tackle system is the revised criteria for successful tackle detection. The success rate of tackles from the side and rear has been increased for now. We will monitor and adjust the balance as needed.
